We recommend annual wellness examinations and teh proper vaccination protocol to protect your pet from potentially fatal diseases. We also strongly urge our clients to take advantage of the highly effective products that are now available for the prevention of flea and tick infestations, heartworm disease and internal parasites.

Urgent Care
Waltz Animal Clinic schedules a veterinarian in-house 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, plus 4 hours on Saturday mornings, to provide immediate care for injured or ill animals.

Surgery
We perform a wide range of surgical procedures using the safestvererinary anesthesia and sterilization available. These procedures include ovariohhysterectomies (spays), neuters, orthopedics, and soft tissue surgeries such as intestinal and bladder surgery, biopsies, tumor removal and wound repair.

Pets have teeth too! Neglecting dental care leads to foul breath, painful gums, tooth loss and internal health issues. A dental exam is included with your pet'sannual physical examination. If excessive tartar and plaque are noted, a thorough cleaning can be performed using our ultrasonic dental equipment. We also perform extractions, gum repair and preventive sealing.

We also employ an outside professional veterinary lab, with overnight service, for more extensive profiles and testing.

As a part of our total health care philosophy and concern for your pet, we offer nutritional counseling to help you find an appropriate, high quality food to meet your pet's specific needs. Our practice stocks a complete inventory of Hill's Science and Prescription Diets. We also carry a wide range of Royal Canin and Purina prescription diests and will order other specialty foods as your pet requires.

We offera veterinarian supervised boarding kennel that is clean, spacious and climate controlled for the comfort of our clients pets. Our staff maintains daily records of the well-being of each animal and all dogs are individually exercised twice daily. We require all pets boarding in the kennels to be current on all vaccinations and free of fleas.
